Creating and Sending Mobile Webpages

Below are two other options on how to deliver content. Keep in mind, these are not the only ways to deliver content, so if these don't fit your needs - call us and let us know!

Individually

Sending messages through the workstation individually is ideal for smaller events or targeting specific people that have shown interest in your specific topic.  You will create a template with your content and your mobile web page at the bottom.  Send the invite to the selected contacts through the workstation.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders go out to all active patients on your calendar.  So, sending your message through the automated reminders is an easy way to deliver content like known office closures for spring break, holidays, etc. It is also a great way to deliver details about upcoming value add events for your current client base. 

Important Note:  

When adding a mobile web to any text message, the link needs to:

1) Be on its own line

2) Be the very last thing in the text

3) Have TWO "enters" after the link.
