Improving the Performance of Your Forms

If you have a long questionnaire and some of your clients are complaining that your form is slow or keeps freezing, it may be because certain browsers and older devices don’t handle too many input controls on a single page very well.

In order to make sure your form loads smoothly, you can add page breaks to it. The image below shows how to add a page break before a question.

To ensure optimal performance on older devices, the Z-Forms system will automatically add page breaks every 40-50 questions; or less, if your questions have many sub-items.
