Adding Multiple Signatures to Consent Forms

In certain scenarios, it’s useful to have more than one person sign on a single form. Let’s say your client is a minor and you need an extra signature from a guardian. Handing them a tablet to sign the same form electronically is a perfect example of this scenario.

To add an extra signature to a consent form, place the cursor where you want the signature box to be, and click on the signature icon as seen in the image below.

When clicking on the button above, a dialog will open asking for the signature details and whether it’s required or not.

Keep in mind that if a signature is set as required, the intake form won’t be able to be submitted unless the signature is captured.
