This documentation provides the list of Genesis and Z-Forms fields that are eligible for forms write-back.

There are three sections in the Genesis patient record eligible for write-back: Patient Info (Demographics), Guarantor, and Primary (Insurance). The names of the fields available in Genesis, along with the corresponding fields in Z-Forms, are below.
