If you'd like to keep an intake questionnaire in the system, but not have it appear in dropdowns and other selection areas when sending forms to your clients, you can easily disable it within the Z-Forms system.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "My Forms", looking at the "Intake Questionnaire" section of this page.
- Find the questionnaire you're looking to disable, click the three dots in the upper right corner of its box, select "Deactivate" in the menu, then click "Yes" in the prompt to confirm.
- That specific form template will now be disabled, it appears lighter in the list with an "inactive" tag to denote it's deactivation status.
Note: Any pending forms already sent to clients will still function normally.
