Default Form Delivery Method

By default the Z-Forms system is set to send forms to clients via email. We support SMS as well, so you're able to change which is the default delivery method.

This setting can be adjusted under each admin or practitioner account by navigating to "More > Settings > Settings", see below:

Note: This is simply to set the default, you can choose to send forms however you'd like on a case-by-case basis.
