Opting A Person Out Of Back Up Voice Reminders
If a person does not want to receive voice reminders anymore, opting them out of voice calls is a quick fix. You will opt out of voice calls within the Admin platform.
1. In the admin platform select Contacts
2. Select View Contacts
3. Search for the number that is being voice called
4. Click the details icon to the left of the name
5. Click on OPTED IN next to the "OptOut Voice Calls":
