All automated messages send from the administrator platform, therefore, all of the reporting for the automated reminders will show within the administrator platform as well.
Here are the step to view your automated appointment reminder report:
1. Login to www.zingitsolutions.com.
2. Click the Reports tab to the left of the screen:
3. Click the Drop & Go Summary located in the Summary Reports section. This will display all the appointment reminder reports for your account:
4. Select the magnifying glass under "Details" next to each report to get a summary of how many reminders came over, delivery status, etc:
