Where do I see my appointment reminders?

Modified on Wed, 26 May 2021 at 11:39 AM

Sent messages and reporting for your appointment reminders are shown within the dashboard of your account.

Here's a video walk through on how to find your reporting for appointment reminders:

If you need help logging into your dashboard, follow these steps:

1.  Go to www.zingitsolutions.com and use the login button

2.  Enter your login credentials. (If you don't have them, please call 866-587-5572 X2)

3. Now you will be in your Dashboard

Follow these steps within your Dashboard to see your Sent Log:

1.  In your left menu bar, click on Reports

2.  To see all of your sent messages, you can click on the sent log

3.  You will now be able to see ALL messages sent from your account. Feel free to filter to a specific date if you want to see reminders from a certain date perimeters. This is the easiest way to see all messages sent on a particular day.

Follow these steps within your Dashboard to see your Drop & Go Summary:

1.  In your left menu bar, click on Reports

2.  The report you will look for will be in the Summary section called, Drop & Go Summary. You can see all the appointment reminder reports dropped into the Zingit platform. Each will have an option on the left hand side to open the report and see the information attached.

Note:

Server based scheduling systems will drop reports daily, regardless of office hours. The report that comes over empty (like a weekend report) will show as "File uploaded with errors."

Web based scheduling systems will only have reports dropped in for days that the office is open. Non business hours will not send a report so you may see skipped days in the drop & go summary. This is standard.
