How do I send appointment reminders for kids?

Automated appointment reminders already have a solution to what we call "Family Messaging". The reminder portion of the platform does not reference the contact information that is already saved in Zingit. It looks at the phone number on the report from your practice management system to ensure it's a valid cell number and then delivers the text message with whatever information is on your schedule.

Example:

Susan's cell phone number is in your practice management system in her contact record as well as her children's records, Billie, Susie and Tommy. She has scheduled an appointment tomorrow for herself and her children. When the appointment reminder report is dropped into Zingit, Susan, AKA Mrs. Mom, will receive appointment reminders that say:
