Great question! New messages appear in your inbox of the workstation. Most users keep the window open each day to see the messages coming into the workstation. (You can also set up an email one way notification to let you know when you have a new message - good for use when your office is closed for holidays or vacations.)

If you're in a different web browser, the top tab will flash with the words "New Message" to indicate that you have something to check.  Here's a quick view of what it looks like when the tab blinks, toggling back and forth from Text Workstation to (1) New Message:

Top stop the tab from flashing, one of the options is to mark the message as "read" by clicking on the envelope next to the number to indicate that it's been read:

We recommend you move any read messages out of the inbox to make it easier to see new messages when they arrive.
