How to opt people in and out of messaging?

This video will walk you through the steps in the front desk workstation that you use daily:



If you are unable to opt a patient back in through the workstation, you can do so through the Dashboard. 


Here are the steps to opting the patient back in:


1. Go to www.zingitsolutions.com and click the login button.  Enter your username and password


2. Select MESSAGING in the left menu bar, then select MOBILE CAMPAIGNS


3.  Click Opt-In next to the campaign they need to opt back into


4.  Enter the mobile number


5.  A box will update saying that you opted the number in! Close that box using the X in the right corner, and you’re good to go!
